After my first visit on the 13th of this month, it was discovered that I had some nerve issues going on with the tooth that was crowned and hurting. The decision was made that it needed to come out and place an implant. Part of my treatment plan was also to remove two wisdom teeth in the future. After a brief discussion, all three came out with no pain and the implant and bone graft were put in place without any issues.
