I came to Shauna in January 2025. A woman who had been through so much I had gained a lot of weight and I was out of competition shape when I tell y'all she is the best coach I have ever had. She is the best coach I have ever had under her. I managed to go pro and Look the best I have ever looked in my bodybuilding career. Shauna is an amazing coach. She is a woman who has a gift to build other others into Love on other others. Shauna is an amazing trainer! I have many disabilities due to injuries from my time in service and being hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian. While I was working with Shauna, there were many days that I was so nauseated from migraines that she would send me home and we had a make-up session another day. She is easy to talk to and works hard to get you where you want and need to be in your fitness journey. If I felt I wanted or needed a new meal plan or something slightly changed, we would discuss it and she would make some changes.
