Thank you to Juanita, she was very pleasant and did an amazing job! She saved the day after the unfriendly interaction with Nhan for no reason at all. Had it just been him, I would have not got any services done or returned. So rude. It was my first time but I’ve taken my daughter to other location and never had any issues like this. It was disappointing but so grateful for Juanita’s professionalism.
From the moment I walked in, Sarah made me feel comfortable. I watched her do another lady’s hair and she did a wonderful job. When it was my time she took the time to listen to what I wanted and my particular issues with my hair . Sarah gave me great feedback and I started watching her cut my hair and I relaxed because I knew I was in good hands. I will definitely be using Sarah again.
Highly recommend Joanna as your cometologist at this location! She did a superior job on our granddaughter's hair this weekend, include: pink coloring highlights (halo), trim, shampoo, blow dry, etc. She was very kind and patient (with a 6 year old customer). She listens to customers' requests and also provides excellent recommendations based on her experience/hairstyles. She was also reasonably priced - a plus! Finally, she made her schedule work for us, which was appreciated. Again, highly recommend Joanna (5+ stars).
