We used Lockey for the first time today. Dimitri was our technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He also took the time to answer some additional questions which we appreciated his insight on. We are so glad we made the call for Lockey to service our AC unit and will definitely use them again! When your system breaks, and the way they make them today, it will, I only trust Lockey Hearing and AC to solve my problems. All of their techs are very knowledgeable and explain everything so non techs can understand. These guys are the best!

These guys are the best. Ive worked with at least 5 companies trying to solve a condensation problem. Ive been totally taken by a few. This company is so professional and they stick with you to make sure everything is still going well. I had rooms that were freezing and some that were hot. Others said it was just the way it is being farther from the unit. This company actually measured the air flow and adjusted it all. These guys stand behind their work, they are prompt and they don't over sell you. I just can't say enough about them. They are my guys forever. UPDATE: They will still be my guys but my problem was not completely solved. They tried everything they knew but my thermostat never says the correct temperature. I just have to set it for 65 to get 70. I also bought a dehumidifier to manage the humidiy.
