It's great, when you can book online, then you're greeted, as soon as you walk into the door... They immediately get you checked in, and let you know when you're next... This is a great place to get your hair done ?
Ella was so sweet and patient with my 4, almost 5 year old son for only his second professional haircut ever and first one where we actually took a lot off. The cut was amazing as well! He is very shy so wasn’t talking throughout the appointment but she made it such a positive experience for him that he said “mommy can I get my haircut there everyday?” As a parent that knew my child was nervous going into it - that melted my heart. All the praise to Ella! Thank you so so much! ❤️ pics are a little before and after (we celebrated with ice cream!)
I have been getting my hair cut at Great Clips for 2 years now, and I always get a good quality haircut in a short amount of time. I love the advance sign-in option so I don't have to wait long. The operators are competent and friendly, and I enjoy going there.
