Ella was so sweet and patient with my 4, almost 5 year old son for only his second professional haircut ever and first one where we actually took a lot off. The cut was amazing as well! He is very shy so wasn’t talking throughout the appointment but she made it such a positive experience for him that he said “mommy can I get my haircut there everyday?” As a parent that knew my child was nervous going into it - that melted my heart.
