Extremely welcoming environment. This was my second time visiting a month after my first time getting my nails done here and Katie even remembered me, that felt great! Johnny is very interactive and funny. Much little random conversations that were great to have with them. This second time I came to visit I was pleased to meet Katie’s mom whom did my pedicure. She was gentle, attentive, and thorough with my pedicure. They all do a wonderful job. Their nephew even brought me a water without being asked, I really appreciated that. Amazing experience! My daughter wanted a specific nail color, and they created it just for her. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was so personable and accommodating.

They are incredibly kind! My daughter and I went today and got both gel pedicures and manicures. Between the two of us we had John, Katie and ‘mama’. All three were incredibly kind, John apologized multiple times any time there was a lag or had to do something else. They included my daughter in conversation, it’s a very calm environment but they also make it very family oriented and friendly
