My husband and I purchased an executive home in the Turtle Creek Subdivision in Troy Texas about a year ago. We've had just a few minor warranty issues, however they've been addressed promptly by the Warranty Manager on Duty, Mr David Dillard. His presence and reassurance has been a God-send, and especially with this being such a major purchase, and our forever home....it certainly helps for the company to have someone on staff who "knows the ropes". Again, we are pleased with the attention to detail, the quality and mainly the customer service aspect of the company.

We are a repeat buyer of Carothers Builders. Both houses were sold to us by the same salesman Rex first one12 years ago and now. I know we were / are pains in the asses We kept changing things. We added things removed things. We even changed houses on him. He kept his cool with us. We have our hands on every aspect of our forever home. If I were to buy again I would have no reservations on buying another Carothers home
