The staff there at About Face is extremely customer service oriented. They offer many services of which I have taken advantage of a couple already. I’m very happy with the outcome of both the services. I’ve received there and looking forward to doing more work in the future.

I thought I had left a review previously, but maybe I did not! Holly is absolutely my favorite! She’s so sweet to me in my hardest times and takes such good care of me! I only attend for dermaplane facials and not often enough because I don’t take enough time for myself! She is truly excellent at what she does, she makes you feel beautiful, and you leave so relaxed! I highly recommend her and any service she offers. Also, Megan at the front desk is just as important! She gets me in anytime I ask and is the most patient and kind receptionist I’ve had experience with and I also work in a similar field as a paralegal where I rely on my scheduling girl! A front desk person is as important as anyone behind the scenes! I love you both dearly and thank you so much for always taking such good care of me! 15 stars if I could give them!! Give them business because they are worth it and you are worth choosing the best for yourself!! ♥

Had an absolutely amazing experience! My esthetician Brianna was amazing. The atmosphere, environment, responsiveness was awesome. Brianna was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Let’s start with the customer service… amazing! Bri handled my face with such great care that I swear I look 10 years younger! Now let’s talk about the process… It’s your FACE… so yes it’s sensitive… yes it’s discomfort… does it “hurt”… NO. Mr. Garberich… honest… realistic… but baby when I say RESULTS!!!! RESULTS!!! Immediate and worth every dime!! Microneedling with PRP… if you are over 50… you will thank me later!!! This is worth the investment!!!

Anyone with curly hair knows how challenging it can be to get a good cut. When I went to see Nancy (The Hair Whisperer) I expected just a haircut. Much to my delight I left with a very flattering style. Nancy and I discussed what I wanted and she used her magic skills to create the look I believed was only possible in my imagination. I highly recommend anyone wanting a stylist who listens to the client and that does an excellent job to schedule an appointment with Nancy.
