Their genuine concern for families and loved ones is truly appreciated, and the staff's patience and kindness leave a lasting impression.
I lost my dad a few months ago. Rena walked me through the process and I felt like she really cared. My dad always told me he wanted to have a Bert Shrank cap on during his viewing, she went out of her way to find a cap, she wasn’t able to but she did find a Bert Shrunk uniform shirt to put in his casket for his viewing.
The funeral home provided exceptional care for our family during a very difficult time. Their staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive to every detail, making the entire process feel smooth and respectful. We are truly grateful for their kindness and support in honoring our loved one.
I’ll be honest, I’ve always hated funerals and funeral homes… but when my husband tragically passed I had to visit one. And I’m glad it was Riley Memorial.
