I love this wellness center! They have pretty much everything. Swimming, physical therapy, programs on a big screen to work out with, bikes, treadmills, weights, etc. Everyone is so friendly and will end up knowing your name. My boyfriend and I used this gym for years before we moved

Without the proper exercise, to help balance and oxygen, and he salt water pool, I would be in a wheel chair now.....been going once weekly for about 10 months. I't a long drive for me, from home to Center, bu worth it alllllll
