Jamie Walker and Chance Pearson were instrumental in doing the extra legwork to get supplements to cover our roof. Solar panels had to be removed and replaced. They had the best crew I've seen. Started about 6:45 AM and finished with cleanup by noon thirty. They also installed a solar powered attic fan that already is making a difference. They (Lauren at the home office) took care of working with insurance and had great communication by text or phone.
Vanessa is very knowledgeable and Professional in what she does. She pointed out some things we never would have seen. She worked with the insurance company step by step from the beginning till the end. I am so happy I got a chance to meet her.
Jamie Walker was outstanding through this entire process. He explained everything in detail leaving no questions unanswered! He truly is good at what he does. Got home with groceries and he helped me get them inside because it was raining the day he visited the site. His crews were fast, professional and made sure everything was cleaned up accordingly before leaving. I highly recommend this company if you are ever in need! Thank you for being there for my family when we needed you the most!
