Vanessa remained right on point from the beginning till the end. Vanessa is knowledgeable and Professional. She stayed with us during the entire process. Shout out to Erin and Jo from Texas Direct Roofing & Construction, well the whole dang team they have actually! They helped get my roof, gutters, drains, inside damage from the roof replaced. I had a hell of a time getting approved by my insurance company and if it was not for Erin, Jo, and team. I would still be sitting here with a hole in my roof and with all these storms we've been having. They came out, when out of there way to help me, extremely communicative, they weren't in your face and bothersome like other companies. They were on top of it all, figurately and literally! Ryan came and inspected a new roof that was hit by a hail storm half-finished. The inspection was detailed, objective, and supported by photos. We really appreciated his expertise and second opinion, and would be glad to have him back again for future roofing needs.
