Nice just a few vaccumes were not working

Don’t waste your money here.
My wife brought her car to the Caliber Car Wash on N Beach St in Haltom City and paid for the custom wash, yet the car still had dirt all over it afterward. I figured maybe it was a one-time issue, so I took my truck there as well—and had the same problem. It looked like the top of my truck wasn’t washed at all.

For the price they charge, I expected a much better result. Definitely disappointing and not worth the money.

Unprofessional and underqualied staff. The employee who was supposed to be directing my vehicle wasn't paying attention and continued to advised me to move forward until I felt my car jerk and jump onto the rails, resulting in scratches on my rim. I gestured the employee who wasn't paying attention but he could care less. Who was later seen playing with another employee shooting glass cleaner fluid around instead of stocking the towels in which there wasn't any nearby. Another employee was smoking with another 'customer' at her vehicle instead of also stocking up on the towels or working.
This location needs to clean house on employees or hold them accountable for not being professional in the workplace.

Came here today to do some work. Ray the manager and the other gentleman here were super nice. They knew all of the information that I needed. They were very pleasant and very kind would definitely recommend this caliber Car Wash if you're in the Haltom City area make sure you ask for Ray and you will get some great customer service

Hands-down, the best car wash. I’ve been to a great customer service Luis helped me out very well. I’m new to the area. They give out great supplies and I appreciate their business.
