Came in today with high hopes of finding a permanent spot to cut my kids hair since we are new to Haltom City. Left this place disappointed and my son crying(mind you he is 11!) he told the lady cutting his hair that he wanted a low fade and she said ok. Next thing you know she had cut his hair all the way to the top not even close to a fade. My son has curly hair on top and the whole hair cut just looked ridiculous. She then asked me if I wanted her to fix it on top since it already looked crazy I told her yes since it didn’t look right. Still had to pay full price and she knew she was messed up for that. I just wonder why have a haircut place and not know how to cut hair????? Never coming back again.// NO LO RECOMIENDO, MI HIJO DE 11 AÑOS SALIÓ LLORANDO, EL PIDIÓ SU CORTE Y LA SEÑORA HISO LO QUE QUISO!

Very unprofessional. Not a business where you feel welcome. Rossie was cutting this guys hair. You could tell she was done cutting his hair. She kept on talking to him and sobbing his head, I waited 30 minutes and still she was taking her sweet time with this customer, that clearly was done with his haircut. As my little one and I were walking towards the door to leave…she didn’t even care to say anything positive to keep us as customers. Again, sad and very unprofessional. Muy mal servicio al cliente. A esta mujer le vale su negocio. Trata a la gente como quiere.
