UNFORTUNATELY over the past few years I have had a number of incidents that required me contacting a roofer (both at home and work). FORTUNATELY, back at the first of these roofing mishaps, a friend of mine suggested I call Trey Guinn at Roofmasters. From day 1 the whole team has been fantastic. I basically have Trey on speed-dial. While I hope I can squeeze through another year or two without needing any roofing done, it is comforting knowing help is only a phone call away.
Crew was very competent and professional. They were prompt, and they kept the yard cleaned up each day! There final cleanup was great! Daryl Lighthall, the Senior Field Manager, explained exactly how the work would be done, as well as the top rated materials they would be using! The finished job is outstanding! We are so pleased and happy, and know we are protected with our new roof for many years to come!! We recommend this company for anyone that need a new roof or repairs! This company is staffed with high quality women and men! We thank you so much for our new roof and new friends!!!
Daryl Lighthall was a pleasure to work with. He explained all the steps ... materials, pricing ,timeline and Cleanup along with explaining the insurance process where I could understand it. He was punctual with phone calls and text...even after hours. He and his crew did an excellent job of the reconstruction and roof replacement. Will refer Roofmasters and Daryl to anyone needing roofing needs or construction.
