    When we arrived it was nice and relaxing. After an hour in, on of tje staff started watching something on their phone. That was not the proble.. The problem was the volume. Whatever they were watching g tje people were screaming. It was distracting and annoying.

    It started off good, I had a toe nail color change. When I went to get my finger nails taken care of, the technician became agitated when she was trying to understand what I wanted. So I stayed quiet for a few seconds. She then in an aggravated tone asked me the same thing again. I told them to let me borrow the nail file to show them. The female technician came over and started filling my nail aggressively. Then asked if that's what I wanted. I said yes, hoping she'd cool down but she did the rest of my nails on the same manner.     My fiancé got her toes done there and the French nails turned out nice and she said the guy was nice and sociable. BUT…. She got an infection in her big toe nail after the pedicure. Most likely due to not thoroughly cleaning her foot or using a semi-sanitized utensil or equipment. Not saying she wouldn’t go again but they should be aware that an infection has occurred so they can make the proper adjustments to prevent future issues.
