I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I don’t live into this area, but had car trouble right outside of town. I called Hitzfield’s Automotive and they went out of their way to get us in, get my car repaired, and back on the road in no time. Their prices are very reasonable and they are just good people. Very, very nice people. They would be my go to automotive shop if I lived in or around the Gun Barrel City area. They knew the cause of the issue just based on my description over the phone when I called initially. Very knowledgeable and professional. Can’t say enough good things about Hitzfield.

The friendliest and most trustworthy people.

They fixed an issue with my car’s windows in a very short time and because I didn’t have a way to get back home, they even drove me.

Hitzfield's Auto was a true God-send!! I was in TX on vacation, when my car had severe issues. Hitzfield's got me in right away, diagnosed the issue in a short time, and got the alternator and blown fuse fixed within hours. Heather was so kind to give us a ride to and from our Airbnb. They were informative, very reasonably priced, and just plain 'ole GREAT service with friendliness and a smile. So glad to have taken our Airbnb host's recommendation. I heard Hitzfield's was always busy and assumed we'd have a hard time getting into the shop for diagnosis, but such was not the case.... they were quite busy, yet they made time for us because of our vacation time constraint.… read full review
