One bad experience can ruin a business. The way someone speaks to your customers and their facial expression will lose you business. Went to drop off my husband‘s pants this morning to have heavy them starched. Needed to have them done pretty quickly. We have a funeral to attend Friday. Upon arriving, I set the pants on the counter. Told the lady I needed them heavy starched. She proceeded to ask my last name and when I told her she snapped back I can’t hear you in a very rude tone. Have used them for a long time , many years, they are one of the few surviving cleaners in the area, matter fact dropped the clothes off there due to working in that area for a couple days , clothes turned out great

Took a coat to have the collar repaired and spoke to the seamstress regarding her thoughts and our expectations. Drove to canton in order to do so. Seamstress forgets or ignores our conversation and in lieu of completing the repair- turns the collar brown side out - which looks ridiculous AND places the metal snaps toward my neck (pictured). A location that experiences a ton of friction-previously wearing completely through the cloth.Instead of completing the repair as discussed- Chandler takes the coat back but decides to simply turn the collar around and return the coat in worse condition than it originally arrived after now needlessly being dismantled twice.It's a… read full review
