We were out of town when our house flooded from a busted hot water heater. We called 1st Call Restoration. They arrived immediately, quickly assessed the situation, started working to remove the water and dry the flooded areas. They were so efficient, we hired them to do everything from demolition to restoration. Mike, Ronnie, Noel, Santos, and Jack were all amazing! They provided excellent customer service, were very thorough, professional and friendly. This company is the total package!
We were distraught to find our home flooded, but so very grateful that we called 1st Call Restoration because the team was pretty amazing. They were extremely responsive, showing up at the house within an hour of our call. They did such a great job mitigating the damage, we ended up contracting them to also do the reconstruction. Mike, Jacob, and Ronnie were professional and respectful of our property. They were very transparent with great communication throughout the entire process. Hope you never have an emergency like ours, but if you do, we highly recommend 1st Call Restoration.
A friend recommended 1st Call Restoration based on her experience with Aaron Rodgers from the company. I requested Aaron when my elderly mom had a slab leak that flooded part of her house. When Aaron came out he was very thorough and patient with my mom. He tested all areas of the house and made recommendations based on his findings. He was professional and courteous. Based on our experience I would absolutely recommend 1st Call Restoration and their employee Aaron Rodgers.
