We have been coming here for four years, and she has cared for two of our three kids since birth. We absolutely love that we consistently see her at each visit and can share life updates along the way. She truly listens, takes her time to understand what’s going on with the kids, and always reassures us that she’s here for whatever we need. The staff is also amazing and consistently takes great care of our family. We’re so grateful to have found this office!

Went in for my son’s 4 year visit yesterday. Was advised he needed boosters for Polio, Mmrv & Dtap before any assessment of any kind. I let the nurse know we were declining vaccines at the time, and that I would like the name of vaccines/brands that are provided/advised at their clinic. The NP Penny came in questioning, arguing, and shaming me. I had to explain several times I’m not an anti-vaxxer, and I wanted to be well informed on what I’m putting in my child's body. My child also had a cough. I was also concerned about giving my child vaccines while he clearly has a cold (nurse also had trouble getting his oxygen to read well).
I was ultimately shamed & pressured into agreeing to the booster vaccines while there. I should’ve just left. Due to a lack of boundaries by Penny, and a condescending attitude we will not be returning here. If you’d like to educate yourself, delay, or decline a vaccine this is not the clinic for you.
