About Lone Star Martial Arts Center
Lone Star Martial Arts Center is a community-focused school that welcomes students of all ages as part of their family. The center offers great taekwondo training for the whole family and has hosted many awards and tournaments, where students are rewarded for their hard work and dedication by earning their belts. LSMAC is a safe space for students to learn discipline and respect, and the family-like atmosphere makes it an ideal place for individuals and families to come together and grow. Many families, including those from Caddo Mills, have enjoyed their experience and appreciate the values and morals taught through martial arts, gaining confidence and coordination along the way.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The instructors are very patient and helpful. You can tell they truly have a passion for martial arts and about people being able to defend themselves. My son has gone from being intimidated by trying new things to conducting himself with control, focus and confidence. If you are looking for a place that calls you family AND brings martial arts to your level while encouraging you to be better, this is the place for you. I would choose Lone Star Martial Arts Center over and over again.
We have been training with LSMAC for almost six months now and love it. They have something for everyone in my family! We are each challenged on our own level. We love supporting local, family-run businesses that care about their customers.
