Company sent someone in a timely manner to fix hot water heater . 1st day seem to have fixed. Not the case 2nd service day works came back. Lit heater again. I was charged $129.00, just for them to re- light heater that should have been fixed 1st time. 3rd time replaced a part., charged $90.00. Still not fixed. So 3 visits and over $300 later,not fixed. Do not use this company, unless you have money to throw away. 1 star cause workers were nice

I got L&R plumbing out for a toilet that was not flushing. They guys that came out were on time and were nice. They put their tool down the hole in the back yard although they had some trouble. The toilet was flushing. A week later the toilet was aging not flushing correctly (mind you this toilet was not used 1 time during this week, I found out it wasn't flushing again because I was cleaning the toilet) I called back and the lady in the office told me they could come back but they would charge me again. I told her nvm and called another plumbing company they came out thought they knew what it was before doing any work. Tejas plumbing immediately put a camera in the ground, it was what the what the guy thought, a broken pipe with tree roots growing threw. He said most likely they pushed a small hole threw the clog and that's why the toilet flushed when L&R was here. He also told me to always ask them to put a camera down instead of blind guessing like L &R did.Service: Sewer cleaning

The plumbers did a good job. The ownership however is pretty horrible, didn't finish the job & refused to come back out. Live & learn. Make sure you withhold payment until 100% complete.

The garbage disposal came loose and was an easy repair but one that I was not able to do due to my advanced age.I called two other plumbers and one said he was 6 months out. Another said that he could be here next week. I called L&R Plumbing and they made it the same day. They were here maybe 20 minutes. They did a great job and were very professional. I give them a 5 Star rating.Service: Garbage disposal repair

one year ago, they came out and fixed a sewer leak and blockage. last week its blocked again. charged me 175.00 to unblock. its blocked again and they say it's been 24hr, so they are going to have to charge me again. i paid to have it fixed and then unblocked. lasted 1 week. i don't think i should have to pay
