Greenstar has been so good to us! We live in a brand new home and our AC has gone out 4 times (with other companies doing the work)Greenstar listened to everything, and said they would take care of us. Due to the shortage in AC parts they couldn’t do the job as quickly as they wanted to. Todd came to my house with window units to make sure we had some cold air. Seth and Christian came out today and fixed my AC and they were so nice and professional. They did the job quickly, and answered all my questions. My experience with Jason was by far the best he was very honest with me and professional he gave me his word that my Ac would be up and running at 110% and he was very understanding and concerned with my financial concerns, also with a working Ac for the night and future Ac needs I totally recommend Greenstar Heating and Air Thanks

At this point we’ve used Greenstar twice and both times warrant multiple positive reviews. I have experienced 8 different issues with this unit before using Greenstar and every company before them only sent Sales Consultants who openly told us they couldn’t diagnose the unit but could sell us a new one.Mike was our first technician out and he was knowledgeable, personable, and we felt comfortable having him in our home. Mike explained our options thoroughly and got our unit running again in the middle of an extremely hot day.
