This was my second time working with Greenstar. First time was about 7 years ago when they installed a new system in my previous house for, literally, thousands cheaper than the other companies quoted me. They did a great job on install and that unit lasted me 7 years with little to no maintenance needed. It's still going today but I sold the house last month.
Today, was to check out my unit and give me an estimate for a new unit as a second opinion. They determined nothing was in dire need of repair and a new unit was not a necessity at this moment like I'd been led to believe. The fact that Greenstar never upcharges makes them so incredibly valuable.
I will be recommending Greenstar to all my family and friends. I called and requested same day service and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to provide it. The lady who answered the phone was very cordial and accommodating. I explained that my 84 year old mother's window unit went out and we didn't have any males around to help install a new one. She explained that the company installs HVAC units but she would send someone to help. William and Ernie showed up and got the job done.
