The receptionist here is the rudest, most condescending, and uncaring person I've encountered in a very long time. First, she said she had NEVER heard of Valley Fever in 28 years and then proceeded to share all of her medical expertise as a receptionist about how difficult it is to treat fungal infections. She told me to leave and that she would NOT be passing my message along to the veterinarian or calling me back. Steer clear of this office.

I have know Dr.Rife for almost 13 years and she has seen me through many a dog babies. She has always shown such kindness and compassion for all my dogs! She knows so much about how to treat an animal and when it’s time to say goodbye to one too. The staff is amazing! They are such a great team. I’ve had my dogs stay for long hospital visits and they always come home to me better. I drive from North Dallas to Greenville Tx just to see her and her team! She never steals me wrong! I’d follow her out of state (Lord forbid) if it came down to it! She’s got me for life!

Me and my roommate both work in pest control and do a very good job of keeping no fleas in our yard I have taken my dog who has an allergy to something to this vet twice and they keep telling me it's fleas. The only area that he has a rash is on his rear end but yet this is fleas. They found 1 spect of dirt and said oh it's fleas that's flea dirt. And will not give my dog the allergy meds he needs unless I waste money on flea treatment...worst doctors around

They care about your furbabies and making them feel at ease. My baby goes in there with excitement and eager to see the staff. Dr Rife is a very caring person and treats your baby like they're her extended family. Thank you so much for all the caring all of you show to Tiny and others.

My fur baby was so miserable and we got him to them. Within 5 hours, I had my fur baby back to normal and he has been like a pup again since then. The techs were so gentle and sweet with him, he didn't mind his trip at all.

Im new to the Greenville area and my normal vet is a hour away. The staff and Dr Patricia Rife are awesome ! They got me right in on a day they were book solid. I had an emergency with my dog with no appointment and they cared enough to see him when they could of sent me away. I now have a Vet for life, for my other animals. I will be back. My big baby had a bad itch and skin problem. The vet took over and had him fixed up and better within 3 hours. The staff is friendly and very well educated in current medications and procedures too.
