I have an older home (22 years) but the appliances are Viking brand. These guys are awesome. They repaired and restored my 6 burner double oven range to look and perform like new, and for a very reasonable price considering the cost to replace such an item these days. Also, just a few days ago, my Viking refrigerator was having issues. They came out that day not knowing what was wrong, but fixed it all with parts they had on the truck within a couple of hours. That thing again looks and performs like new. They could have been lazy about one of the issues with it, and had me call a plumber. However, they chose not to give up and fixed the problem. I rarely leave any reviews but my experience was so bad with this company that I was compelled to write one. I called the company to take a look at my Bosch washing machine. The toe kick rubber flap under the door was worn out and was replaced by my dad. After that, the dishwasher would not turn on. Mr. Baker and one of his employees came out to my house 30 mins late, which I was ok with even though my time is just as valuable as his. I explained to him what happened to the dishwasher. I place a towel on the floor to protect the door panel from scratching because it had to be taken apart to see if something got disconnected when rubber flap was replaced. The owner scheduled an appointment and no showed and didn't call.When I called to find out if he was still coming, he wouldn't answer his phone.Not reliable
