Ron from Texas First Floors was amazing to work with. He guided us through the process of choosing the right floor for our home, but he went far beyond what we could imagine. We had additional home repairs needed after an under-slab leak, and he led us to the right people to do each part of the job. The crew that took out our old floor and installed the new floor and baseboards was skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient. In addition, Ron came by daily to check on the progress and was a great problem solver when necessary. We are so pleased with our new floors.

Ron made the whole process simple and not complicated. From quoting the project, through completion of the work he was great at checking in and communicating to make sure things were going smoothly with his team. They were able to start within a few days and got the job done in quickly. I would recommend.
