Their team is extremely responsive, professional, and helpful in dealing with insurance companies. They offer outstanding workmanship and service, making the process smooth and easy for homeowners. The team is quick, efficient, and delivered as promised. They are wonderful partners who thoroughly explain the process and advocate for homeowners when the insurance company is being difficult. Michael did a great job helping with the insurance process and really took great care of us through the whole process. Michael did a great job working the claim, following up with insurance to ensure everything impacted by the wind and hail was covered. They organized all repairs creating a hassle-free experience. These guys were truly fantastic, timely and did an outstanding job on our roof and painting the outside of our house. They paid so much attention to detail and were very meticulous about the job they did. NWC is highly recommended by satisfied customers.

I have used NWC for roof replacement twice and would not want another company to do the work when needed in the future. NWC handles every detail from notification of a possibility of roof damage, estimates, approval and payment through the insurance company, including additional damage to be included such as gutter replacement, fence repair and repainting, exterior light fixture repainting, etc. They also replaced a portion of the fascia above the entrance to my home. NWC protects landscaping by using plywood tents over plants and shrubs. They accomplish detailed cleanup! The company uses two alternating roofing crews if working in the heat of summer to allow continuous work. I have been impressed with the fact that their employees are transported, housed and fed, allowing them to travel together from job to job. The company employs an excellent painter who is close to being an artist with his quality of work. He has repainted my iron fence, wood fence and outdoor lighting, resulting in a better-quality finish than each had originally! NWC has a site manager, with a college degree in personnel management to oversee the work at each project. They are certainly a professional company with high standards. I recently messaged NWC's manager about possible damage to my roof due to the results of an ice storm. Although the manager happened to be vacationing internationally at that time, he answered my message promptly, from a foreign country, and arranged workers to check out my property the following day. That was an impressive response to my request! As I stated previously, I would not want another company to handle my damage claims involving the exterior of my residential property! Brandon was great to work with our insurance. After the hail storm he came while our adjuster was here and showed him damage that he was completely missing. We received a new roof and gutters. The old shingles were removed and the new roof was completed in one day. They did a great job of cleaning up and protecting windows and plants while roofing.
