We went to look at a tub and ended up going to the local Walmart, getting cheap suits and jumping into a tub to try it. Ross was a great, no-pressure salesman who has become a good friend of mine. The spa is incredible, and we are very happy with it. If you get a rx from a chiropractor or doctor, Ross will give you some paperwork to alleviate the tax burden since it is a therapeutic device. There is an electrician at the end that has to install the spa, it’s around $630, but Ross has a great recommendation who is very professional, careful with your spa and home, and a nice guy. I purchased a hot tub from the Dallas location and they did a great job from beginning to end. Ross, the office manager, is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. He is definitely your guy when it comes to great customer service, whether he is physically in the office or not. Im a very happy customer :-)
