I needed a hair cut on July 4, and I found a Great Clips that was open. Most other Great Clips were closed. It was near Kimball road off hwy 114 and 121 .... I guess Colleyville or Grapevine Texas. My normal Great Clips is in North Arlington. I use the app. With the app you can get your place in line and wait for your turn in the car. They will text you when to come in.

Staff seemed displeased to have a customer walk in their door and gave a rushed, careless haircut. Clipper work on sides and back looked good, but the top is hacked. Got it done fast and tipped them but I am not inclined to return to this location and further inconvenience the stylists with my business.

Have been going here for about 8 months; I go here specifically because Rob works here, and he is absolutely incredible. Rob is extremely fast, very talented , and is a really nice guy. If you want a great haircut you should go see Rob!
