The first time I used them, they had to repair my AC compressor to the house & the cost wasn’t bad either.They have repaired it numerous times over the years, until finally, it just couldn’t hold up anymore.I’d call & they’d come the same day, sometimes within the hour, even on a weekend if I needed them.So, it was a no brainer to choose them to purchase my new AC unit from & trust them for the installation.The hottest day of the year & they got it installed & running with no problems the same day.Family owned & Christian Faith were just added comforts to doing business with them.Thank You Platt AC for treating Us like family!YES! I Highly Recommend this company!

I called this business for air conditioning service work. The lady that answered was very courteous and promised someone would be here to check out the problem. Within a very reasonable amount of time two technicians showed up to troubleshoot the issue. They quickly identified the problem and resolved it. There were actually two issues that were fixed, plus a wiring issue. This was the second time that this company was out. Both times they were prompt and professional. I would have no problem calling them again should the need arise.

Platt A/C is absolutely beyond reproach! They showed up on the morning they promised and installed an entire a/c system; doesn’t sound like much you say? WITH 4.9 INCHES OF RAIN!!! Ready for the task with professionalism and courteousness, I told them I didn’t REALLY expect them with the conditions, they told me, “we promised today!!” All aspects of the job were excellent, then they contacted me a few days later to ensure I was happy, oh yeah-I’m happy! Thanks Mr. Lawrence Richy and crew, job well done.Service: AC installation
