My 86 yr old Moms AC wasnt getting cold and my brother called Platts. Coco came out and was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make sure her AC was fixed! Very reasonably priced! Won’t ever use anyone else.

The first time I used them, they had to repair my AC compressor to the house & the cost wasn’t bad either.They have repaired it numerous times over the years, until finally, it just couldn’t hold up anymore.I’d call & they’d come the same day, sometimes within the hour, even on a weekend if I needed them.So, it was a no brainer to choose them to purchase my new AC unit from & trust them for the installation.The hottest day of the year & they got it installed & running with no problems the same day.Family owned & Christian Faith were just added comforts to doing business with them.Thank You Platt AC for treating Us like family!YES! I Highly Recommend this company!

I called this business for air conditioning service work. The lady that answered was very courteous and promised someone would be here to check out the problem. Within a very reasonable amount of time two technicians showed up to troubleshoot the issue. They quickly identified the problem and resolved it. There were actually two issues that were fixed, plus a wiring issue. This was the second time that this company was out. Both times they were prompt and professional. I would have no problem calling them again should the need arise.
