“It took me a while before I rated this keenly as I wanted to make sure I had the right words to say....I am one of many people who have never placed their fur babies in a kennel nor do I have them go to doggy daycare. I have always been very hesitant towards them as I've had many animals over the years just never needed or had to think about them as an option. However I did find myself having to need one for a week. I called many places most NEVER returned my calls or even responded back to me in a 50 mile area. Kounty line not only called me back but responded within 24hrs. As I explained what I was in need for & how I felt about doing this for my 1st time ever he continued to listen engage back by asking questions about my fur babies as well as addressing all my concerns. By the time I was done talking/setting up the dates needed I was by fat full relieved. Not only did they work with my style of daily duties they added their own flare that perfectly corresponded in the most positive way for my sweet babies. To top it all off as he took note of my extremely early wake up time I had received a txt with a video including all my fur babies showing they were absolutely enjoying their time & behaving in away I knew I didn't have to worry. I'd like to finish my rating off with saying if I could give more stars as for what I experienced I would! 5 stars+ 10/10 2 ? ? up. I WILL be using them again & I WILL be recommending them to anyone who even mentions the words in need of a kennel. You can stop looking now as no other place will come close to the highly met standards they have set & you have set!“
