The front desk staff are always kind and welcoming. My cleaning appointments always go well. Dr Daniels is awesome, she explains her plans thoroughly and answers any questions you may have. The office and bathroom is always clean and fresh. I love the music selection as well.

The customer service of the staff is top tier! I haven’t been to the dentist in a while because of a bad experience. I found The Smile lounge by a flyer in the mail and I’m glad i did. Ms. Sheila was heaven sent and such a pleasure to have! She put me at ease and listened to all my needs! Dr. Daniel’s was very nice and I’m happy with my overall experience here.

The cleaning was ok. The office music is extremely loud. The person that didi my xray was more concerned abiut speed than my comfort despite me telling her that I have TMJ and can not open my mouth that wide. The dentist was pleasent but failed to address my main concern of TMJ despite it being listed as conditions treated. Overall, not worth the $200.
