Everyone was so personable. Normally I would go out of network and pay Walmart. I received phenomenal service at Target and Dr. Cao and staff are very friendly. I loved the way that Dr. Cao explained my vision health to me. I was anxious and uneasy about appointment but Dr. Cao helped me to feel at ease with kind words and explaining to me in depth about my vision. He took his time, it made me feel as though my vision mattered to him. I thanked him for helping me to see clearer and understanding my vision since I am getting older. Jay was the young lady at front who helped me. She was kind and informative.
