Truly a Godsend! We signed our 4y/o dog (Ghost) up for the 4wk program bc she had struggled with resource guarding since she was a puppy. I was hesitant bc Ghost isn’t a puppy anymore, I didn’t know if she could break out of her bad habits. She was pretty well trained…when she wanted to be…but, when she didn't want to listen to us she would become very hyper aggressive & honestly exhausting to be around. Kayla was so helpful throughout the entire process & answered ALL of our questions. She knows her stuff. Ghost has been home a little over a week now & we have noticed a HUGE difference already. My Vet, Grand Prairie Clinic, recommended Southern K9 to me for my Doberman puppy! I am very happy with Jessica @ Southern K9 in Grand Prairie! We took our 3.5 month old Doberman to her for a two week training course. Very personable and I felt she made a great bond with "Hank". We just picked up our girl Lucy from a 3 week board and train. I can not say enough about Kayla and Southern K9. Our Lucy is a bernedoodle, and I thought she had an attention problem and couldn't get her manners down. After her training she is the best behaved dog we have ever had. She has manners and jumps right into our truck now, which she wouldn't do before. I took her to Petsmart today, and omg, she had perfect manners and listened on point every time.
