Refreshing Times Counseling Center, led by Wendy Torres, is a place of healing for the soul, mind, and body. Wendy is a skilled and compassionate professional who approaches therapy with empathy and respect. She tailors each session to the unique needs of her clients, using a Bible-based approach that is never "wash, rinse, repeat." Those who attend sessions with Wendy can expect to be heard, understood, and supported as they work through tough issues. Wendy's mission is to help her clients find healing and growth, and she does not bring up religious topics unless it aligns with the client's beliefs. Many who have attended sessions with Wendy have found her feedback and guidance to be incredibly valuable in their lives.
Been coming here for 2 years. When I began I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I would benefit from counseling. I went ahead and book the appointment. After my first appointment I felt very comfortable and decided to continue. Ms Torres is an absolute professional. I have learned so much from her and she has a unique way of putting things in perspective. I highly recommend her if you’ve been through tough things or just life’s ups and downs, everyone could benefit from her wisdom.

Wendy Torres is the consummate professional; she is a great human being full of empathy and compassion, and she has been given an incredible gift.
