We had such a great experience with R&R Air Conditioning! Our AC went out, and Jimmy Wells, the owner, had his team at our house quickly and took care of us right away. Having an older home can be tricky, but Felipe carefully evaluated our existing units and ductwork, explaining all our options clearly — with pros, cons, and cost effectiveness. We were able to make a confident decision, and Jimmy helped us get an amazing deal on two new Daikin units, making the whole process completely stress-free. I had a great experience with R&R AC and highly recommend them.
From the very beginning, Sandy in the office was amazing. She was incredibly kind, honest, and transparent during a stressful situation with my AC. She was also very knowledgeable about HVAC and pricing, which I really appreciated—it made a big difference being able to talk to someone who could clearly explain things and set expectations. Great experience from beginning to end!
The AC company I’d used for 15+ years merged with another company. The tech came for regular maintenance and when he left, he’d scared me into thinking I’d need a new AC on the first 95 degree day.
I contacted R&R for a free second opinion. Jeff came out. He was honest and friendly. Our unit is over 10 years old and out of warranty. Jeff explained the pros and cons of potentially fixing an older unit. In the end, my husband and I decided to purchase a new AC, without feeling any pressure from Jeff.
