“Elena is incredible and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve gone to her for scar camouflage then again for freckle enhancement. On the scars, I thought I just needed them tattooed. However, she identified that it was primarily a hyperpigmentation issue, and treated me for that instead of just going with whatever I came in and asked for. All of her product recommendations are great. The freckles also look so good. I would NEVER have trusted anyone with my face but I was very comfortable given our previous interactions. “It took me an entire year to find a place that did my lashes the way I like and didn’t break the bank on fills. Their a distance from where I live but ladies you know how it is.. When you find your lash tech you’ll drive… the customer service was great and the environment was welcoming.UPDATE: I scheduled an appointment for today at 1:30pm. I was coming from downtown Dallas and had to pull up the address from Google, then I hit the highway. It took me to their old address. I called and was told " oh you're just 10 minutes away and within your grace period". Therefore, I headed further out of my way, only to pull into the driveway and to receive a call from a Rep stating I was past my grace period and they couldn't see me. I was LIVID to say the least, ( I was ready to cut up since I was already in the parking lot) why tell me to come only to deny me service. It took me 9min 32sec to get there. She also informed me they would be charging me 50% of my service total. Flirty Girl, update your information online because people who are not from your area rely on it. I have been to the new location once, maybe twice but I don't in that area and I was not coming from my house.. The fact the young lady mentioned to me I had been there before irritated me more.. SO WHAT, I needed GPS to get to your location today and the address associated with your business was incorrect. I am extremely disappointed because I thought I found a lash spot. Driving 30 minutes to get my lashed done only to be told.. Nah, we can't do them and oh, by the way we're charging you for your trouble... Yike.. Let me find a place in Grand Prairie or Arlington.
