“Norma is amazing! I'm new to Texas and she made me feel right at home. I have thin hair and it can be hard to work with, she gave me a full color, highlights and a cut. I went from brunette with blonde highlights to strawberry blonde with lighter blond highlights. Everything came out way better than I imagine 10/10 would highly recommend“
