Fernando Smith, Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Property Restoration Experts, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He walked my wife and I through the mitigation process, removed affected baseboards and carpet padding. He then set up a humidifier and fans to dry the attic and carpet areas. He is set to return tomorrow, Fri 7/10, to assess progress.

I got panicked when I realized there was a leak and grey and black spots down in the basement where I don’t go often. Once a week I go down there. LUCKILY!!! The leak was coming out in front of the sink and in front of the toilet. So we had 2 problems. When Fernando arrived he put me at ease. He asked some questions, ect… There was a square about 2”by 3” that sat behind the toilet and sink. He opened it (the hot water is in part of this storage area). And wouldn’t you know it!!! FERNANDO FOUND THE LEAK!!! He must have been in the area for less than 5 minutes. WOW!!! It was in that square about 3 feet back and I saw it too. So now we’ll...read full review
All I wanna say is this company is a great company to do business with they show up on time they get their job done and they’ll let you know everything that has to be done. I give them a 10.
