Dr. Nelson and his staff are a very caring and compassionate group of folks. We were visiting family in Grand Prairie as part of a cross country RV trip when our cat became very ill on a weekend. The vet fit us into his schedule at the very first opportunity on Monday. The vet tech, Kia, was compassionate and skilled when examining our 19 year old cat, Sammie. Dr. Nelson recommended a course of treatment that worked very well for Sammie. The day before, he was so sick we thought he might die overnight. I didn’t get Chika seen because no available times were available however the kindness and concern of staff was heart warming and appreciated I am scheduling with them soon for Chika to get her ears done!
I dropped off my nephew Max for a dental visit, allergy shot, and for the lump under his chin. My SIL was able to call ahead that I would be dropping him off. They took care of him, and then he came home sleepy. The next day, he was back to his bad-self.
