“If you have thicker 4C/kinky/coils type of hair (love having edges) and your also tenderheaded this is not the salon for you. I would have given more stars since my hair came out beautifully and they accomodated me short notice.. but the professionalism and customer service was not the best. So much of my hair was plucked from my scalp every step of the process detangling, washing, blowout and braiding. I could see, hear and feel the damage. They treated my hair like it was bone straight or permed combing from the roots to the ends with a fine rat tail comb. Even after letting them know that I was tenderheaded they continued to be rough with my hair, mock and berate me in their native language. My experience was horrible but my hair came out beautifully. I may have just caught them on a bad day.??‍♀️

Update: Just come with your hair washed and blown out or find someone else to do your hair. She'll offer it to you to get your money but won't properly give the service. She can't take constructive criticism and attacks anyone for leaving a bad review.“

I never got the name of the stylist that did my cut for me but he did exactly what I wanted and explained to me that my hair was damaged from me dying it (recommended me to their very own products that I believe they make it homemade which I will try next time) my overall experience was amazing!
