1. Very professional staff 2. They got my glasses correct 3. I was impressed that they got my contact prescription right on my first visit; I have been to several optometrists over the years, and with my high astigmatism, they are always having me do multiple toric wears before getting it right. Only one optometrist from UC Berkeley got it right on my first visit years ago. 4. All orders have been within reasonable turnaround time 5. Pricing is reasonable/competitive
