Lake Ridge Dry Cleaner

The staff is flat-out rude and unprofessional. The experience was miserable, the service was terrible, and the place is poorly run. I would strongly advise people to stay away.

This place has clearly gone downhill under the new management. The staff is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.

My whole experience with them was frustrating, and the customer service was awful. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

Bought a new dress, wore once it says dry clean only (it was an under wire dress) to avoid damage.
It came back to me broken, the wire poking out of the dress.
Will mot return. My husband went there weekly… he doesn’t switch up his request. Every week they asked and he told them how he liked his pants. Never fails, they never creased the pants. Lost our business

I have used this dry cleaner for over a decade. I have never had any issues with them. I have even used them for larger/bulky items.

Everyone that works there has been so kind, helpful, and communicates very well whenever I have questions. My clothing is always done on time, and often times, they’ve been able to rush items for me too! I would highly recommend this Business!

Terrible customer service and my clothes never are clean when I pick them up. Even simple food stains will still be on my clothes. I do not recommend this place.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! They constantly LOOSE ITEMS! RIP Them ! Are very careless and customers service is HORRIBLE! Whoever OWNS THIS BUISINESS NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF BETTER! I Run a small business myself and understand how important reviews like this can hurt a business and I am not one to leave reviews and bad ones for that matter. But when u have given a place multiple opportunities to do better and they just keep messing up, it’s time to speak up. DO BETTER!!!

DO NOT bring your clothes here—unless you’re okay with them getting ruined and management refusing to take responsibility.

Since the new owners took over, this place has completely gone downhill. I brought in a pair of pants that were returned with a stain and discoloration that absolutely weren’t there before. I brought them back three times asking them to fix it. Each time, they claimed they “tried,” but the pants still looked like they’d been washed with dark clothing.

When I finally spoke with a manager, she was dismissive and rude—telling me it was “impossible” they caused the damage. Then she added that I “always have this problem,” which was both untrue and offensive. I had no idea what she was referring to, and it felt like an attempt to deflect blame rather than resolve the issue.

They send your clothes out, they don’t take ownership when things go wrong, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. I only kept going here because it’s close to Lake Ridge—but the convenience is not worth the risk.

If you value your clothes and expect basic accountability, take them somewhere else.

I love this place, been going here for over 15 years now. I moved to Austin and still drive up to take my cloths to the cleaners here!

As others have noted, horrible attitudes. It seems as though you're bothering them and they don't need/want customers. Go where your money is welcomed.

I received a call stating I left dry cleaning , I no longer live in the area and I can’t reach anyone at the store . If you are reading TJ is please call me back. I’ll add 5 stars then.
