Ive transfered from Ideal dental hurst to this location and Ive been loving my experience so much more here! The staff are so welcoming and im an ortho patient and the ortho doctor is great! So glad I moved locations!

First time visiting this dental office, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.
My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but I waited over two hours before being seen, also it’s fully occupied without even a seat for me to wait—and this was only for a routine dental cleaning. During the visit, the dentist told me that 5–6 teeth had cavities that needed treatment. This was extremely surprising, as I have regular dental checkups and cleanings, and my previous dentists have consistently confirmed that my teeth are healthy.
After the appointment, I requested copies of my X-rays and signed a release form. I was told they would be sent within 7 days. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received them.
To make matters worse, I later received a bill for services that I believed were fully covered by my insurance. The visit only included a preventive exam and cleaning, which my insurance covers at 100%.
Overall, the long wait time, questionable diagnosis, lack of follow-through on my records request, and unexpected billing have left me with serious concerns about this office’s professionalism and transparency.
I would not recommend this practice if you value your time, your dental care, or clear communication regarding costs and treatment.

Great service friendly helpful people. Highly recommend this locating. Did am awesome job on my procedure. Love there financial plan. I wish I knew the young lady that worked on me so I could mention her on here. But she is so nice and very professional. She gave me good tip how to keep the tartar off my teeth I won't go anywhere else.
