I visited ideal dental Grand Prairie yesterday, their service was exceptional the vicinity was neat and smells good, the lady at front desk (right) was friendly and helpful. My dental assistant lady was gentle and kind and to top it all my dentist was professional, informative and explained in details step by step of what needed to be done. He was patient and listened to me. But, I couldn’t go on with my service because after check up with my insurance the out of pocket cost for the service I needed was out of my budget.

Would recommend this place as your regular dentistry. The staff was super friendly, and Doctor Tran was very thorough and very caring for patients. The place was super clean and nice.

Doc didn't explain what I could be doing better to prevent further decay.. despite knowing what causes damage to teeth; I left feeling uncertain about my proposed treatment after paying for the full year of their membership. That's my fault I guess
