I received a bad service. I called on Friday to make an appointment for haircut. The lady who answered the phone set my appointment for Sunday at 8:00 a.m. On Sunday morning she calls me to tell me that she is busy with a client and can't do it at 8:00, so she moved my appointment at 8:40 a.m. I arrived at that time and she asked me if the other lady is going to do my haircut. I told her that I don't know who's going to cut my hair, that I just received the call to come at 8:40 a.m. In conclusion, she did not managed the agenda very well, it seems that she was the one confused. In my point of view, she is not taking costumer service seriously.
