We had an exceptional experience with Jason! He walked me through my options, helped me compare remnant vs large roll order for a good deal and scheduled installation within the week! The installers were prompt and efficient, and the carpet is so soft my kids rolled around on it and asked if they could sleep on it. The only negative part was having to clean out my closets! :P
This facility is wonderful to do business with! The sales function with Marty was comfortable. It is great to deal with someone who knows their product, understands the necessary components needed and quotes the numbers with nothing hidden. (Not like other places I have dealt with.) Then in comes the install team...Roberto and his partner have worked together for 20 years. They have this down to a science to say the least! Efficeient, done right and completed on time. I purchased my vinyl plank on a Saturday and by the following Saturday it was fully installed and complete. (4 bedrooms) I would doubt any home center or online operation could pull that off.
