Matthew Wallace was outstanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to break down the pricing, explain the different flooring and carpet options, and helped us understand what would work best for our home. What really impressed us was his ability to create AI-generated renderings so we could actually visualize how everything would look before making a decision.

Mr. Bryan Ayers from Empire was very professional & friendly! He walk us through various choices & prices. In fact, this is the 2nd home we had him come in to estimate. In our first home, we did combo carpet & LVP. Again, Bryan was there to provide estimates, choices, & see the work through. The price was very reasonable & the work was performed on time and it came out beautifully! Thanks Bryan & Empire!
