Well not sure about other drivers but the broker acted like it was a very strict appointment so I made it early just to wait for 30 mins until their break was over then got into dock and still hasn't even started. You can get a ticket for setting on the street waiting and these folks doesn't care about drivers getting unloaded. Stay away from here these folks don't need this company
Purchased there grout in premixed and bags to use around the house. All I can say they work well and you have several color choices to choose from as well. Will always reorder from Custom Building Products in the future when needed.
