Richard Martinez was our tech for today. He and his accompanying team member took their time to do thorough diagnosis and to make sure that not only was our filter replaced, but that we had the best settings in place for our home and that our Lennox multi-step unit was free of any other issues.

Got my maintenance done through the service plan I have. Easy scheduling and Abel Z. was right on time. I had some issues with the draining that I’d had before, but didn’t realize was reoccurring. It was some work, but Abel Z. got that resolved very quickly and everything is back in business. Great experience overall.
